I feel good having come across this one since it was such a light and fast-paced read. It's a fabulous book with riveting narratives. "Revolt of the Lamebren," Doesn't the title instantly grab your attention? Like, it must be something to do with extra-terrestrial beings and all sci-fi stuff. My interests were already piqued the moment I saw the title; I prepared myself for a good roller coaster ride, and honestly, what a super joyride it was. Three cheers to Manjiri's imaginative and creative ideas; I couldn't help but find a slight relevance to our present-day world.   I adored the fact that there is a map and hierarchy world depicted at the very start of the book. The first couple of chapters were a little bewildering with all the number-names, the characters, and the places; I had to go back and keep checking my notes about whos who. But once I got into the flow of reading, it was very smooth and enjoyable. The writing is uncomplicated, with the perfect amount of details entailed.
