Review:

It is my debut book by Akash Verma, and it left me thinking. Pondering what, you ask, then it's about the friendships we achieve in our lifetimes. When we get buddies with someone, does the counterpart return with the same level of affection, or is it just manipulations? Not only the others, but do we also keep the relationship with sincerity, or is it just for our self-indulgent wants. Why do we complicate circumstances when everything is so simplistic.

Lemme start with what I definitely love about this book:

  1. The cover: Unquestionably beautiful; it gets you engaging by merely staring at the photo.
  2. The blurb: If the book cover wasn't captivating enough, the blurb clearly piques it up. I mean, who doesn't love a novel that is full of mysteries and thrillers, right!?
  3. The novel-writing technique: The author has effortlessly blended the past-present situations along with multiple points of view in such a way that you never get confused anyplace in the tale. The style is clear, and discussions totally practical.
  4. The story structure: I admired the overall plot with the unusual twist in the end, which was totally surprising.

When I began reading this book, I just couldn't put it off and had to complete it in one go. The account is entirely engaging. The grammatical errors can be clearly taken heed of in the next version. I personally thought that the book title was a wee too long as everything is taken care of in the book's summary. The division of the stories in three sections and each section beginning with a different quote is very admiring. The way the book is designed, I feel this one could definitely be turned into a movie or a series!

I would definitely suggest this book to everyone, particularly those who adore thrillers. This book is gonna take you on a trip! Can't wait to read more of Akash's work!! Kudos to his effortless writing technique. Go grab your copies now, guys!
